Educational Qualification

• Post Graduation Degree (minimum 2-year course) OR
• MBA (Master of Business Administration) OR
• PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) - 2-year course

Experience Requirements (Essential)

• Total Service: Minimum 15 years
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in managerial positions
• Pay Level Experience: Minimum 5 years in Pay Level-12 (Rs. 78,800-209,200) or equivalent pay in private organizations
• Relevant Experience Definition: Managerial experience in man-management of Students/Personnel and areas related to Discipline, Hostel, and Mess, preferably in Academic Institutions of national or state importance, PSUs, or reputed private organizations
