Eligibility Details

• At least 55% in MSc in Physics or Chemistry, with qualification in a national-level eligibility test (CSIR NET JRF, GATE, JEST, JAM).
• MTech in a professional course with qualification in a national-level eligibility test as described above.
• Candidates with prior experience in an optics research lab would be preferred.

Salary

• Rs. 37,000 per month + HRA (or as per SERB/DST payscale). See the official notification for current salary details.

Selection Process

• A web-link with date and time of an online interview will be emailed to shortlisted candidates.
• Shortlisted candidates must confirm eligibility before applying. They will need to provide two recommendation emails from teachers or mentors.

• Eligible candidates may apply by sending a soft copy via email in the specified format with a cover letter expressing interest.
• Self-attested copies of mark sheets (from 10th standard onwards), certificates, and proof of research experience/publications should be attached.
