Eligibility Details

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Management. In the case of Accounting/Audit/Cash, a graduate from a recognized university is required.

Essential qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the actual conduct of meetings/examinations and/or substantial experience in supervisory work at Jr. Superintendent level in a government office, educational institution, or reputable business organization.
• For Accounting/Audit/Cash: Sound knowledge of Fundamental & Supplementary Rules, Account Code, G.F. Rules, and Rules of Central Government. Candidates who have passed an accounting exam such as subordinate accounts service, costing, etc., are acceptable.

Desirable

• Knowledge of office procedures and regulations generally operative in government offices or educational institutions, including experience in meetings and conferences. Working knowledge of computers.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the actual conduct of meetings/examinations and/or adequate supervisory experience at Jr. Superintendent level in a government office or educational institution or in a reputable business organization.
