Age Details

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Not exceeding 35 years as on the date of the selection process.

Eligibility Requirements

• M.Tech/M.S./M.E or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field, with first-division marks at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
• OR B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field with a valid GATE score or a valid UGC/CSIR NET JRF/LS scorecard.
• OR M.Sc. in Physics or Electronics or a related field with a valid GATE or UGC/CSIR NET JRF/LS scorecard.
• Experience: Demonstrated research interest in semiconductor devices.

• Maximum age: 35 years as on the date of selection process.
