Eligibility Details

• Ph.D. in any area of Chemistry/Chemical Sciences with the requisite skill and knowledge as detailed in the advertisement.
• Candidate should have demonstrable expertise in synthesis/preparation/development in at least two of the following three classes: (1) small molecules (2) synthetic polymers (3) biopolymer composites.
• Candidates should possess requisite knowledge of high-end instrumentation necessary for characterization of the relevant class of molecules.
• The experience and expertise in synthesis/preparation/development and instrumentation should be evident from the candidate’s record of publications.
• Candidates should have strong written skills and should be adept at writing manuscripts and grant proposals.
• Candidates should be capable of handling day-to-day management of a research laboratory including providing guidance to PhD scholars.
