PhD (graduated or thesis submitted) in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace Engineering, or allied fields. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% (or equivalent) from graduation onwards and 55% (or equivalent) in Class 10th and 12th.
Knowledge of low-Reynolds-number flows, numerical methods, and analytical tools (such as asymptotic methods) is desirable. Proficiency in MATLAB or Python is required.
Experience in physics-based analytical and numerical modeling, with some experimentation on flow and transport problems related to micro- and millifluidic applications, porous media, and energy/sustainability in Indian climate.
