Eligibility Criteria

Education

• PhD degree in Theoretical Particle Physics.
• Candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis are also eligible to apply.

Additional Preference

• Experience in B-physics and/or Dark Matter physics will be given preference.
• Candidates with a Graduate degree may also be considered for certain postdoctoral opportunities.

General Information / Instructions

• The position is fully funded by IIT Gandhinagar.
• The initial appointment is for one year, with possible extension for an additional year based on funds and performance.
• The selected candidate will conduct research in Theoretical Particle Physics, focusing on B-physics, effective field theories, and beyond the Standard Model analyses, and will participate in teaching and other academic activities as per institute norms.
