Eligibility Details

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• B.Tech in Nanotechnology with a minimum CGPA of 8 and GATE qualified (EC, EE, IN, PH, MT or XE).
• OR M.Tech in Nanotechnology/Nanoelectronics with CGPA 8 or higher.
• OR M.Sc in Nanotechnology/Nanoelectronics with CGPA 8 and GATE qualified (EC, EE, IN, PH, MT or XE).
• Prior experience in nanomaterials synthesis and characterization, and a solid understanding of semiconductor fundamentals. Experience in device fabrication (e.g., physical/electrochemical/bio sensors and photodetectors) or 3D printing is desirable if available.
