• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production / Automation / Mechatronics / Industrial & Production from a recognized university or equivalent, with four years of experience in research and development, or
• Doctorate Degree in Engineering.

• Four years of relevant experience for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree.
