How to Apply for IIT JAM 2027

Steps

1. Register on JOAPS: Visit jam.iitkgp.ac.in and navigate to the JOAPS link. Create an account with a valid email ID and mobile number, and set an enrolment password.
2. Obtain Enrolment ID: After registration, an Enrolment ID and OTP will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. Use this ID to log in for subsequent steps.
3. Fill application details: Log in and provide personal details, academic qualifications, selected test paper(s), and preferred exam cities.
4. Upload documents: Upload your photograph, signature, and required certificates as per the specified format and size.
5. Pay the application fee: Pay online via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
6. Preview and submit: Review all entries carefully before final submission; corrections may be limited to a designated correction window.
7. Download confirmation page: Save and print the final confirmation page for your records.
