Eligibility

Eligibility

  • M.E./M.Tech./MS or equivalent degree in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent; 5% relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates; candidates awaiting results may also apply.
  • OR BE/B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EE/Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent.
  • Valid GATE/NET score is mandatory for candidates applying with B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. qualifications.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience with Verilog/VHDL and EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, etc.
  • For SRF, a minimum of two years of research experience in the VLSI domain is mandatory; selection will be based on performance and skills.
