Age Limit

• Maximum age: 50 years for all posts.
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/Women/Physically Challenged candidates and 3 years for OBC-NCL as per government rules.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Science & Engineering and B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Science & Engineering with at least 60% marks (or 6.5/10 CGPA), or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Science & Engineering with 60% marks throughout from Class XII. Valid GATE/NET score is preferred.

Research Associate-III (RA-III)

• Ph.D. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Science & Engineering with B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized university/institute; OR M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Science & Engineering with three years of research, teaching, and design & development experience and at least one SCI-indexed paper.
