Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

• M.E. / M.Tech (Electrical / Energy / Mechanical Engineering) or B.Tech (Electrical / Energy / Mechanical Engineering) with 3 years of relevant experience.

Essential qualifications

• Knowledge of the Power System / Power Sector / Energy Sector. Familiarity with regulatory and policy aspects of the Indian power market is preferred.

Desirable

• Experience in data analytics. Proficiency in production cost modeling using GAMS / Python / R is an added advantage. Strong understanding of power market products and regulatory frameworks, including the Grid Code, Deviation Settlement Mechanism (DSM), and Ancillary Services. Proven ability to analyze data, model, and prepare reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to compile and analyze power system data.

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience in the Power System / Power Sector / Energy Sector (for B.Tech candidates only).
