Educational Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation with at least 55% marks.
• Desirable: M.Phil/Ph.D. in Library Science, Information Science, Documentation, Archives and Manuscript Keeping, or related areas.

Experience

• Minimum of 18 years of post-qualification experience in reputed libraries as a College Librarian/Assistant Librarian, or at least 13 years of experience as a Deputy Librarian or equivalent in a Pay Matrix Level 12 position in a reputed institution or university.

Other

• Evidence of innovative library service and a record of published work.
