• Professor & Dean: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in Strategic Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, or Financial Management.
• Demonstrated ability to pursue independent high‑quality research.
• At least 10 years of teaching/research/industrial experience, of which 5 years should be at the Professor level, OR substantial administrative/academic experience including Head/CEO or equivalent in a reputed organization.
