Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

GATE Requirement

• A valid GATE score (2024, 2025, or 2026) is required to apply for M.Tech programmes.

GATE Exemption

• IIT graduates with a CGPA of 8.0 or above may apply without GATE under specific categories.
