Minimum Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of industrial R&D experience in the power conversion domain.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience in developing high-efficiency AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies, magnetic component design, high-frequency high-power PCB layout, firmware development, DFMEA and RCA methods, and ensuring compliance with product development regulatory requirements.
