Age limits

• Upper age limit: 28 years for B.Tech./B.E. candidates.
• Upper age limit: 32 years for M.Tech./M.E. candidates.
• Relaxations as per GoI norms for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PD candidates.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Metallurgy, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks.
• M.Tech/M.E. in Metallurgy, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks.
• Preference given to candidates with working/research experience in ceramics, sintering, or Matlab.
• Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PD candidates as per Government of India norms.

• Applications are invited in the prescribed format only for a time-bound research project at the institute.
