Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with specialization in power electronics (B.Tech/B.E or M.E/M.Tech or MS).

Additional Requirements

• Candidates who have qualified in national-level tests such as GATE/CSIR-NET/JEST/UGC-NET/Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or have a PhD may be preferred.
• CGPA 8.0 or higher from MoE-funded technical institutions may exempt national-test requirements.
• Prior experience in hardware development of GaN-based power converters is encouraged.

• The position is a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a specific project on Smart Energy Metering and Billing System (SEMB).
