Eligibility Details

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Physics, or Computer Science, or
• B.E./B.Tech in ECE, CSE, or equivalent with CGPA ≥ 7.5 (out of 10), or
• M.Sc./MCA in Physics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Computer Science & Engineering (or equivalent) with CGPA ≥ 7.5, and
• Qualified national level test (GATE/NET, etc.) or a degree from a CFTI (Institute of national importance)

Research Associate (RA)

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent, or
• 3 years of experience after M.Tech in a relevant domain
