Eligibility Criteria

• SRF: B.E/B.Tech in ECE or equivalent with 5 years of experience. GATE qualification is mandatory. Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, network theory, and VLSI circuit design is desirable. Exposure to CMOS design logic and experience with EDA tools (Cadence, Spice, TCAD) are advantageous. Proficiency in Verilog/Verilog-A and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash is desirable.
