Educational Qualification

• Doctoral Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• At least four years of experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions or science and technology organizations and scientific activities and services.

Desired Experience

• Working knowledge in interdisciplinary civil and infrastructure engineering, including innovative pavement materials, advanced materials characterization techniques, roadway construction and quality control, vehicle-pavement interaction, pavement condition assessment, and numerical modeling.
• Ability to work in a team environment, self-motivated, and able to work under challenging research conditions.
• Experience mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, innovation, research planning, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Commitment to results and strong organizational and management skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and roadway construction purposes.
• Willingness to write proposals and secure grants.
