Age Limits

• 18 to 25 years as on 09-01-2026

Eligibility per post

LDC (Lower Division Clerk)

• 12th pass from a recognized Board or University.
• Typing: 35 words per minute in English on a computer or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer (equivalent to 10,500/9,000 key depressions per hour).

COOK

• Matriculation pass or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Indian cooking and proficiency in trade.

MER

• 10+2 with a certificate from a recognized ITI in Fitter trade or equivalent; or Armed Forces personnel or ex-serviceman with the appropriate trade and minimum Grade 1. Desirable: National Council for Training in the Vocational Trades certificate from DG&ET, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.

General Instructions

• Posts are subject to All India Transfer Liability and Field Service Liability rules; selected candidates may be posted to any unit or location.
• Candidates currently employed in government sectors must furnish an NOC from their present organization at the time of selection.
• Shortlisting will be based on essential qualifications; higher qualifications do not guarantee selection.
• Admit cards will be issued as per the recruitment process; no admission will be communicated via phone or email outside official channels.
• Incomplete or illegible applications are liable to be rejected without notice.
• Applications without the correct advertisement reference number will not be accepted.
• A candidate with more than one spouse or a person with more than one husband is not eligible for appointment.
• Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate; no inquiry or correspondence will be entertained.
• Candidates must provide accurate data and documents. False or incomplete certificates may lead to rejection at any stage.
• Bio-metric and document verification will be conducted; ensure valid address, email, and contact details.

• On selection, candidates may be transferred anywhere in India, including field service locations.
• For grievances related to the recruitment, jurisdiction will lie with the District Court of the candidate's submitting station.
• The unit is not liable for any injury or death occurring during the recruitment process.
• Caste/Category certificates should be issued by competent authorities as per government guidelines; reference to the list in para 29 of the notification will apply.
