Eligibility Details

Qualifications

• 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. The 50% requirement is not applicable to SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.
• Alternatively, pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board and having ITI/Act Apprenticeship in relevant trades.

Essential Qualifications

• Kathak (Female): Possession of a Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Kathak from a government-recognized institute.
• Flute: Possession of a Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Flute from a government-recognized institute.

Desirable

• Experience in the field and performances on AIR/Doordarshan, etc.
• Prizes won at the National level.

• Opening date and time for receipt of application: 29-01-2026 (09:00 hrs)
• Closing date and time for receipt of application: 28-02-2026 (23:59 hrs)
• Written Test and Practical Demonstration: March 2026 (tentative)

Application Fees

• Examination fee: Rs. 500 for all candidates.
• Fee concessions: Rs. 250 for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/PwBD, Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes, with refund provisions after deduction of bank charges, as applicable during for the Written Test/Practical Demonstration.

Other Instructions

• The posts are open to all candidates who meet the notified qualifications and age criteria. Relaxations in upper age limit are available for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per rules.
• The Administration reserves the right to allot posts as required and to cancel or modify the recruitment process.
• Candidates must upload legible copies of required documents (educational certificates, cultural qualifications, caste certificates, discharge certificate for Ex-servicemen, etc.). Incomplete applications or those with illegible documents will be rejected.
