Essential Qualifications and Disciplines

• Trade Apprentice - Fitter (Code 107): Matriculation with regular full-time 2-year ITI (Fitter) recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
• Trade Apprentice - Electrician (Code 108): Matriculation with regular full-time 2-year ITI (Electrical) recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
• Trade Apprentice - Electronics Mechanic (Code 109): Matriculation with regular full-time 2-year ITI (Electronics Mechanic).
• Trade Apprentice - Instrument Mechanic (Code 110): Matriculation with regular full-time 2-year ITI (Instrument Mechanic).
• Trade Apprentice - Machinist (Code 111): Matriculation with regular full-time 2-year ITI (Machinist).
• Technician Apprentice - Mechanical (Code 101): 3-year regular diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Technician Apprentice - Electrical (Code 102): 3-year regular diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Technician Apprentice - Instrumentation (Code 103): 3-year regular diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Technician Apprentice - Civil (Code 104): 3-year regular diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Technician Apprentice - Electrical & Electronics (Code 105): 3-year regular diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Technician Apprentice - Electronics (Code 106): 3-year regular diploma in Electronics Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Graduate Apprentice (Code 112): Regular full-time graduate in any discipline (BBA/BA/B.Com/B.Sc.) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Trade Apprentice - Data Entry Operator Fresher (Code 113): Class 12th (below graduate).
• Trade Apprentice - Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate Holders (Code 114): Class 12th (below graduate) with relevant Skill Certificate for training of less than one year.

Essential Qualifications

• Full-time regular degree/diploma/ITI from a recognized university/institute.
• No eligibility for part-time/correspondence/distance learning modes.
• Indicate equivalent percentage if CGPA/OGPA is awarded.
• Aadhaar, PAN, and active bank account for DBT are required.
• Candidates must be medically fit as per IOCL pre-engagement standards.

Application Fee

• No application fee for IOCL Apprentice positions. Candidates can apply free of cost through NAPS/NATS portals.

General Information/Instructions

• IOCL will engage Technician, Graduate, and Trade Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 at designated locations. Reservation follows government norms. PwBD reservations apply horizontally as per guidelines. PwBD candidates are not eligible for Discipline Codes 101-111.
• Applicants must submit only one discipline code. Candidature is provisional and subject to verification of certificates. No regular employment commitment follows apprenticeship.
