Age Limit

Maximum Age: 35 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/Women/differently-abled candidates. Age relaxation may also be granted to outstanding candidates or candidates with relevant experience.

Qualifications

Ph.D. with research work in Statistics, Biostatistics, Cryptology, Econometrics, or related areas.

Desirable

Preference will be given to candidates who completed their Ph.D. from organizations other than ISI within the last two years.

General Information

• The appointment is contractual for an initial period of one year, extendable up to a maximum of two years based on performance and availability of funds.
• The selected candidate may be posted at any center of the Institute.
• Candidates must bring original documents for verification and a medical fitness certificate at the time of joining.
• The Institute does not provide residential facilities for contractual staff.
• The Institute reserves the right to not appoint any candidate or to fill fewer than the advertised number of posts.
