Age Limit (as on 31 July 2026)

• Graduate Apprentice (Engineering & Non-Engineering): UR 28; OBC 31; SC 33; ST 33.
• Graduate Apprentice - PWBD: UR 38; OBC 41; SC 43; ST 43.
• Technician Apprentice (Engineering Diploma): UR 30; OBC 33; SC 35; ST 35.
• Technician Apprentice (Engineering Diploma) - PWBD: UR 40; OBC 43; SC 45; ST 45.
• Technician Apprentice (Diploma in Commercial Practice): UR 26; OBC 29; SC 31; ST 31.
• Technician Apprentice (Commercial Practice) - PWBD: UR 36; OBC 39; SC 41; ST 41. Relaxations apply as per GoI norms.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate Apprentice: Engineering degree (four-year, or three-year for lateral entry) from a recognized university with not less than 65% marks or 6.84 CGPA. Hotel Management or non-engineering general graduates require not less than 60% marks or 6.32 CGPA.
• Technician Apprentice (Engineering Diploma): First Class Diploma in Engineering (three-year duration) from a State Board of Technical Education.
• Diploma in Commercial Practice: Diploma in Commercial Practice (three-year duration) from a State Board of Technical Education with not less than 6.32 CGPA.

Age and Other Conditions

• Indian nationals only.
• Those who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship, or have one year or more of institutional experience, are not eligible.
• Five-year limit from the month/year of passing is not eligible for apprenticeship. If a candidate crosses this window while empanellment/waiting, they will not be considered.

• Walk-In Selection Drive: 25 July 2026 (Saturday), 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Reporting Time: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Age reckoning date: 31 July 2026

Fees

• There is no application fee for this walk-in recruitment drive. This is a walk-in/offline process without online application or fee payment.

Selection and Venue

• Mode: Walk-in/offline selection drive (no online application).
• Venue: Karthika Thirunal Govt V&GHSS for Girls, Manacaud, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
• Bring original documents and self-attested copies as listed in the document requirements.

Documents Required (on the spot)

• Degree/Diploma certificates (provisional/final) and consolidated mark lists
• SSLC/SSC/AISSCE/ICSE birth proof
• Experience certificate (if any) and one passport-size photograph
• Category certificates as applicable (SC/ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, PWBD)

Stipend and Training

• Graduate Apprentice: ₹12,300 per month
• Technician Apprentice: ₹10,900 per month
• Training duration: One year from date of joining
• Facilities: Canteen and transport allowed; accommodation to be arranged by candidates
