Age Limit

• Multi-Tasking Staff: 25 Years
• Stenographer: 27 Years

Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Stenographer

• A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum speed of 80 words per minute (wpm) in shorthand.
• Minimum speed of 40 wpm in typing.

Multi-Tasking Staff

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification.

• Starting Date for Online Application: 08-10-2025
• Last Date for Online Application: 04-11-2025 (till 11:59 P.M.)

Application Fee Details

• Stenographer, Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Rs. 500/-
• SC/ST, PWD, and Women Candidates: Rs. 250/-

(Fees must be paid through online mode and are non-refundable.)

Selection Process

• Stenographer: Written test and skill test
• Multi-Tasking Staff: Written test and computer-based skill test

• Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria must fill out the online application form available at https://www.iuac.res.in/vacancies.
• The last date and time for submission of the online application is November 04, 2025, till 11:59 P.M.
• No correspondence for relaxation in this regard shall be entertained by the Centre, and any delay, if due to any reason, will not be entertained.
• Hard copy applications will not be considered.
