Essential Qualifications

• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Philosophy or Sanskrit from a recognized university with at least 55% marks or an equivalent CGPA.
• Basic computer skills: proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet.

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of Buddhist texts and Buddhist philosophy.
• Familiarity with the Vaibhāṣika school of Buddhist philosophy.
• Knowledge of Sanskrit with the ability to read Sanskrit texts.
• Experience in translation work or research writing.
• NET (National Eligibility Test) qualification (not essential).

Preference Criteria

• Ability to read and understand Sanskrit texts.
• Skills in translating Sanskrit texts into English.
• Prior research experience in Indian philosophy.
