Eligibility Details

Residential Qualification

• Rural Home Guard: Must be a permanent resident of the block in Garhwa district from which applying.
• Urban Home Guard: Must be a general resident of the urban area in Garhwa district.

Educational Qualification

• Rural Home Guard: Minimum 7th Pass
• Urban Home Guard: Minimum 10th (Matric) Pass

Physical Standards

• Height: Male 162 cm (General/OBC/BC), 157 cm (SC/ST); Female 148 cm (All categories)
• Chest (Male only): 79 cm (General/OBC/BC), 76 cm (SC/ST)

Technical Qualification (Only for Technical Urban Home Guard)

• Proficiency in technical fields such as electrician, firefighter, driver, teacher, nurse, computer operator, etc.
