Age Limit

As on 20-01-2026: Maximum 35 years. Upper age relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST and up to 3 years for OBC and women.

Eligibility Details

Essential Qualification

Master’s degree in Clinical Research/Allied Health-sciences/Biotechnology or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks, or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognized university or equivalent with 2 years of experience in managing clinical research projects OR Ph.D. in Clinical Research/Allied Health Sciences/Biotechnology or equivalent.

Desirable Qualification

• Clinical research experience in oncology subject recruitment in trials
• GCP Training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, web conferencing, and internet tools
• RedCap database management

General Instructions

1. The appointment is purely on a temporary/contractual basis for the project duration. No regular post in JIPMER shall be created.
2. Qualification and experience should be in the relevant discipline/field from a reputed institute. Experience should be after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
4. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
5. Submit a duly filled application form with a CV and copies of relevant certificates on the day of Walk-in-interview.
6. The decision of the principal investigator will be final.
7. If performance is unsatisfactory, the appointment may be terminated without notice.
8. The appointee may be relieved from current position with one month’s prior notice. Failing to do so may incur salary liability.
