Educational Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Nursing, Life Sciences, Rural Development, or related disciplines.

Other Qualifications

• Second Class Postgraduate Degree, including integrated PG degrees with PhD.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Research experience (one year) in emergency care or qualitative research.
• Experience in projects/programs at the state level.
• Willingness to travel to urban and rural health facilities in districts of Pondicherry for data collection.
• Ability to plan and conduct research/surveys related to training programs.
