Eligibility Details

Domicile

• The applicant must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.

Academic Qualification (Assistant Manager)

• Degree in Printing Technology from a recognized university OR
• Three years diploma in Printing Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education.

• OM category: 21-40 years (not born after 01-01-2007 and not born before 01-01-1985)
• In-service candidates: 21-40 years (not born after 01-01-2007 and not born before 01-01-1985)
• Physical Challenged candidates: 21-42 years (not born after 01-01-2007 and not born before 01-01-1981)

Special Notes

• In-service candidates must route their application through their Administrative Department with attestation by the Head of the Department.
• The last date for receipt of online applications (21-01-2026) shall be the cut-off date for qualification/reservation purposes.

General Information / Instructions

• Apply online through the JKPSC website (http://www.jkpsc.nic.in). Other modes will not be accepted.
• Update your One Time Registration (OTR) before applying and read all instructions and eligibility conditions.
• Upload all mandatory documents with the online application; documents cannot be uploaded after the cut-off date.
• If claiming reserved category, ensure valid category certificates are uploaded on or before the cut-off date.
• No hard copy of the online application is required, but candidates must carry the downloaded copy with original certificates for verification.
• Submit online applications well before the closing date to avoid technical issues.
• Admit cards, examination timetable, and centre details will be uploaded about two weeks before the exam; carry Admit Card, a recent photo, and valid ID to the examination hall.
• Detailed instructions are provided regarding the documents to be uploaded (DOB certificate, domicile, degree/diploma, certificates for in-service status, NCC/NSS certificates, etc.).
• JKPSC will conduct scrutiny of applications later; incorrect claims or lack of proof may result in cancellation of candidature.
• Misconduct, impersonation, or submission of false documents will attract disqualification and further disciplinary action.
