Age

Age limits are not uniformly specified across all programs. Please consult the official notification for age-related criteria for individual programs.

Eligibility by Programme

• Broad eligibility is aligned with open distance learning (ODL) and online learning (OL) programs. Most undergraduate and postgraduate programs are merit-based based on qualifying examination marks. Some programs require entrance tests (e.g., B.Ed. ODL and MBA ODL) or a combination of qualifying marks and interview (MBA OL, B.Sc. Biosciences-ODL).
• Foreign nationals and NRIs are subject to separate fee structures and admissibility rules as per the official prospectus.
• Specific eligibility details vary by program. Refer to the official prospectus for exact degree and subject-specific requirements.

• Availability of online application forms: 24 July 2026
• Last date for submission of online application forms: 10 August 2026
• Forms open for editing: 17 August 2026
• Admit card release: 18 August 2026
• Entrance tests (B.Ed. ODL) and MBA (ODL): 22 August 2026
• Online interviews (MBA OL) and offline interview (B.Sc. Biosciences-ODL): 21-22 August 2026
• Result declaration (entrance-based programs): 27 August 2026
• Document verification and fee submission (all programs): 31 August-10 September 2026
• Last date for completion of admission formalities: 14 September 2026 Note: No application forms will be accepted after the last date of submission.

Application Fee

• UG Programmes (OL and ODL): Rs 500
• PG Programmes (OL and ODL): Rs 500
• PG Diploma (OL and ODL): Rs 500
• MBA & B.Ed. (ODL): Rs 1,500
• NRI/Foreign Nationals: $20
• The fee is paid online via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking and is non-refundable once submitted (except in cases of payment failure on the university side).
• Transgender candidates are exempt from both the application fee and the programme fee.

Important Instructions

• No application form will be accepted after 10 August 2026; online submission only.
• There is no provision for offline/printed applications.
• Submitting multiple applications for the same programme may lead to rejection.
• Applicants whose qualifying exam results are not declared yet may apply; certificates must be submitted within the specified time.
• Admission is not guaranteed solely by submitting the form or receiving an admit card; document verification and fee payment are mandatory.
• Forged/fake documents will invite legal action.
• Regularly check the official CDOE website for notices, as prospectus provisions may be updated via addendum/corrigendum.
• Foreign nationals cannot enroll in ODL programs; see the official prospectus for separate fee structures and processes.
