• PGT Physics: Master’s in Physics / Electronics / Applied Physics / Nuclear Physics (≥50%) + B.Ed.
• PGT History: Master’s in History (≥50%) + B.Ed.
• PGT English: Master’s in English (≥50%) + Graduation with B.Ed.
• PGT Commerce: M.Com (≥50%) in Commerce (not eligible for Applied/Business Economics) + Graduation in Commerce + B.Ed.
• PGT Urdu: Master’s in Urdu (≥50%) + Graduation + B.Ed.
• PGT Computer Science: M.Sc.(CS/IT) / MCA / M.E./M.Tech (CS/IT) (≥50%) + B.Ed. or integrated B.Ed./M.Ed or 4-year integrated degree
• PGT Political Science: Master’s in Political Science (≥50%) or integrated PG + B.Ed.
• TGT Geography: Bachelor’s / Honours (≥50%) in relevant subject + B.Ed. (or integrated) + CTET Paper II
• TGT History: Bachelor’s / Honours (≥50%) in relevant subject + B.Ed. (or integrated) + CTET Paper II
• TGT Political Science: Bachelor’s / Honours (≥50%) in relevant subject + B.Ed. (or integrated) + CTET Paper II
