Age Limit

Junior Research Fellow

• M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Physics, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Electronics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Energy Science & Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
• Must possess a valid National Eligibility Test (UGCICSIR-NET) or GATE qualification in the relevant subject.

Post Doctoral Fellow/Research Associate

• Ph.D. in Physics/Applied Physics/Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Electronics/Material Science/Nanotechnology/Energy Sc. & Technology/Chemical Engineering with an M.Sc. in a relevant field with at least 55% or an equivalent grade.
• Alternatively, an M.Tech. in Physics/Applied Physics/Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Electronics/Material Science/Nanotechnology/Energy Sc. & Technology/Chemical Engineering with at least 55% or an equivalent grade, and three years of R&D experience as of the last date of application. This experience should be evidenced by a RAship or associateship, or from the date of registration of the Ph.D.
