Eligibility Details

• Ph.D. in Physics or Chemistry.
• Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis may also apply.
• Candidates should have at least two research papers in Science Citation Index (SCI).
• Desirable qualifications include:
  • Expertise in synthesis of halide perovskite-based materials for emerging applications.
  • Experience in temperature-dependent dielectric, ferroelectric, and electrical transport studies.
  • Proficiency in Raman spectroscopy, microscopy, and group theoretical analysis.
  • Experience with DFT and finite element simulations.
  • Extensive research experience in optoelectronics and materials science.
