Age Limit

As of 01 August 2026, the following age limits apply:

• General/EWS: 35 years (with up to 40 years relaxation in certain categories)
• OBC (BC-I & BC-II): 37 years (40 years relaxable)
• Female Unreserved: 38 years (43 years relaxable)
• ST/SC: 40 years (45 years relaxable)

Note: For posts requiring additional work experience, the upper age limit may be calculated by adding the minimum required experience to the base age. Age is verified with government-issued documents. Games/age calculators are not required here.

Post-wise Qualification & Experience

Chartered Accountant

Professional qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification practice or having worked as a CA in a reputed firm/organization for at least 2 years.

State Finance Manager-RCH

Inter Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)/Inter ICWA/Master’s in Commerce/CFA, with at least 10 years of post-qualification related work experience. Proficiency in computers and financial software required.

State Accounts Manager

Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com with knowledge of Tally; minimum 8 years of post-qualification related work experience; proficient in computer and financial software.

State Accounts Officer-Urban

Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com/MBA in Finance with Tally knowledge; minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (government sector preferred); proficient in computer and financial software; English and Hindi fluency desirable.

Accounts Officer/State Accountant-NTEP

MBA in Finance or Financial Management or Accounts; minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in audit/maintenance of accounts using double-entry system.

Executive Assistant-Accounts-RCH

Masters/Master’s Degree in Commerce with at least 55% marks; minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience as an accountant in a reputed organization (government preferred); strong computer/Tally skills; English and Hindi fluency; knowledge of government accounting procedures.

District Accounts Manager

Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com with computer and accounting software knowledge; minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience.

Accounts Assistant-District-RCH

M.Com with at least 55% marks; minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience; good command of English/Hindi; knowledge of government accounting procedures.

Block Accounts Manager

Inter CA/Inter ICWA/B.Com; minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience; proficiency in computer and financial software.
