JSSH Recruitment 2026: Offline Application for 25 Faculty and Specialist Gr III Posts

Age Limits

• Professor: up to 60 years
• Associate Professor: up to 50 years
• Assistant Professor: up to 45 years
• Specialist Gr. III: up to 45 years

Eligibility Criteria

Professor/Cardiology

Medical qualification included in Schedule I or II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956, postgraduate qualification in Cardiology or equivalent. Four years’ experience as Associate Professor or six years as Assistant Professor. Eight publications in National (4) and International Journals (4).

Professor/Anaesthesia

Medical qualification in Schedule I & II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956, MD in Anaesthesia or equivalent, or recognized qualification. Nine years teaching experience after MD in Anaesthesia. Eight publications (4 National, 4 International).

Professor/Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Radiology

Postgraduate qualification in MD (Medicine/Paediatrics) or DM/D.M. equivalents. Four years as Associate Professor or six years as Assistant Professor. Eight publications (4 National, 4 International).

Associate Professor (Gastroenterology/Nephrology/Neurology/Radiology)

MD or equivalent; DM in the respective field; two years’ experience as Assistant Professor; four publications (2 National, 2 International).

Assistant Professor (Anaesthesia/Gastroenterology/Nephrology/Radiology)

MD in Anaesthesia or MD in Radiology or equivalent; three years teaching experience for some posts.

Specialist Gr. III (Cardiology/CTVS/Neurology/Neurosurgery/Nuclear Medicine/Oncology/Radiology)

Postgraduate qualifications in respective specialty (DM, MCh, MD, DNB, etc.) as applicable; experience as specified per specialty. Three years senior residency or equivalent in some posts. Education qualifications as per schedule.
