Eligibility Details

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or Diploma/Post Diploma from Kalakshetra Foundation.
• Knowledge in art and culture, especially Bharatanatyam, Carnatic music, visual arts, and crafts.
• Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi.
• Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in social media management and promotional/marketing strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of layout and design for print and web-based promotional materials.
• Ability to work on time-bound tasks, organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to contribute to problem-solving in a growing organization.
• Ability to work and coordinate with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, etc.
• Experience in managing online streaming platforms.
• Experience in organizing webinars via video conferencing.
• Creativity in presenting concepts.
• Cataloguing of museum artefacts under different categories.
• Maintaining backups and storage of data per Kalakshetra Foundation guidelines.
• Caring for museum artefacts.
• Minimum 1 year of experience is required.
