Age Limit

• Research Associate: Maximum 40 years for male candidates and 45 years for female candidates
• Senior Research Fellow: Maximum 35 years for male candidates and 40 years for female candidates
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Eligibility Details

Research Associate

• Ph.D. in Veterinary Science or MVSc in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent)
• At least three years of experience
• One research paper published in an SCI or NAAS-rated (24.0) journal

Senior Research Fellow

• MVSc in any discipline OR Master’s Degree in Life Sciences with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree; OR Master’s Degree in Basic Science with 3 years of Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Master’s degree
• NET qualifications are desirable

• If the number of candidates is large, a written test may be conducted instead of an interview. No TA/DA or other expenses will be provided for attending the interview.
