Age Details

18 years is the minimum age. The maximum age is 40 for General Merit, 43 for OBC (II(A)/II(B)/III(A)/III(B)), and 45 for SC/ST/Category-I, with relaxation as per government norms.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, Business Management, or Computer Applications from a recognized university. General and Other Backward Category candidates must have a minimum of 55% aggregate marks, while Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates must have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. In addition, candidates must possess a Senior Grade Typewriting certificate in English and Kannada, along with a certificate in computer basics from a recognized computer education institute.

• General Merit: up to 40 years
• Category-II(A)/II(B)/III(A)/III(B) (OBC): up to 43 years
• Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Category-I (OBC): up to 45 years
• Minimum age: 18 years
• One-time age relaxation of 5 years as per Government Notification DPAR 262 SRR 2025 dated 29-01-2026.

Payment is online via the SBI payment gateway. Fees are non-refundable once paid. The application window closes on 28-07-2026 at 11:59 PM.

• Apply online only through the official Karnataka High Court portal. Other modes of application will not be accepted.
• Ensure all scanned documents (photograph, signature, category certificates) are in the requested formats before submission.
• If multiple applications are submitted, only the last one will be considered.
• Keep the application number safe for future reference and for downloading the Intimation Letter.
