Age limit

Minimum age: 18 years Maximum age: 40 years Age calculation as on 01-01-2026.

Eligibility per post (summarized)

• Secretary: Degree with relevant cooperative experience (as specified by each bank) plus related qualifications.
• Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant: Recognized degree with additional cooperative qualifications or experience as per GOs.
• Junior Clerk - Super Grade Banks: SSLC or equivalent plus Personal Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation, JDC/NDC) and, where applicable, relevant cooperative subject background.
• Junior Clerk - Special Grade & Class-I Banks: SSLC + JDC/NDC with additional cooperative qualifications as needed.
• Junior Clerk - Class-II to Class-VII Banks: SSLC + JDC/NDC with suitable eligibility.
• System Administrator: MCA or B.Tech in CS/EC/IT with 3 years’ experience.
• Data Entry Operator (DEO): Degree, plus certificate in Data Entry and 1 year work experience.

Application fees

• General: ₹150 for the first bank/society; ₹50 for each additional bank/society (plus 18% GST).
• SC/ST: ₹50 for the first bank/society; ₹50 for each additional bank/society (plus 18% GST).
• Multiple bank applications in a single advertisement are allowed; additional banks cost ₹50 each.
