Age Limits

• Minimum Age: 18 years

Executive Assistant

• Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Higher Grade Certificate in Typewriting (English) KGTE or equivalent.
• Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting (Malayalam) KGTE or equivalent.
• Lower Grade Certificate in Short Hand (English) KGTE or equivalent.
• Lower Grade Certificate in Short Hand (Malayalam) KGTE or equivalent.

I Grade Overseer / I Grade Draftsman (Civil)

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from Kerala University or a diploma recognised as equivalent.

Assistant Gr.II/Junior Assistant

• 3 years regular service in a member society affiliated to The Kerala State Co-operative Federation For Fisheries Development Limited (KSFE).
• Degree from a recognized university with JDC/HDC or B.Com with Co-operation, or B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University.

Peon/Watchman

• Pass in Standard VI (New) or equivalent.

• Register through ONE TIME REGISTRATION on the Kerala Public Service Commission website before applying.
• After registration, log in with User-ID and password to apply for the posts.
• Upload a recent photograph (taken within the last 6 months) with name and date printed at the bottom. The photo is valid for 10 years from upload.
• No changes to other instructions regarding photo upload. Ensure correctness of all information before final submission. Keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference.
• You may print the application from 'My applications' in your profile. All correspondence should include the printout of the application.
• The application will be summarily rejected for noncompliance with the notification. Documents proving qualification, age, Community, etc., must be produced when called for.
• If you have an AADHAAR card, add it as ID proof in your profile.

• Second NCA notification may be issued due to paucity of candidates.
