Age Details

Maximum age: 52 years as on 31 January 2026. Age relaxation: 5 years for Evictee category candidates applying for the Junior Assistant post.

Eligibility Details

• Sr. Manager - Civil Engineering: First Class Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (essential); Master’s in Structural/Construction/Transportation Engineering preferred; 20+ years of civil engineering experience in airport/aviation projects; minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Sr. Manager - Electrical Engineering: First Class Degree in Electrical Engineering (essential); M.Tech in Electrical/Power Systems preferred; 20+ years of electrical engineering experience in airports/large infrastructure; hands-on experience in substations/AGL/SCADA; minimum 5 years managerial.
• Sr. Manager - HR: First Class Graduate + MBA/PGDBM in HR (essential); 20 years HR experience in corporate/aviation; 3 years in senior managerial HR role; experience managing large workforces and labour laws compliance.
• Junior Assistant: First Class Graduate (Non-engineering) OR 3-year Diploma (with Plus-2) first class; 1 year post-qualification experience for Diploma holders (no experience for Evictee category).
