Age Limits (as on the last date of application)

• General Merit (Male): 18-33 years
• SC/ST/OBC: 18-35 years
• Forest Tribal (Budakattu): 18-38 years
• Ex-servicemen: up to 3 years additional relaxation as per rules (one-time relaxation of up to 5 years in the upper age limit under GO provisions)

Educational Qualification

• PUC (Class 12) or equivalent. Candidates who are currently awaiting results are not eligible.
• Class 12 from CBSE/SSLC or an equivalent board; higher-level qualifications or ITI/diploma holders may have applicable concessions under specific government orders as noted in the official notification.

Nationality

• Indian citizen.

Other Notes

• Ex-servicemen, Kannada language requirements, and special category reservations are as per government orders and the corresponding GO numbers referenced in the official notification.

Application Fees

• General/OBC (Category 2A/2B/3A/3B): ₹750
• SC/ST/Category-1/Ex-Servicemen: ₹500
• Fees are online-only and non-refundable.

Other Instructions

• The selection process comprises Written Test (OMR-based), PST, PET, Medical Examination, and Final Merit.
• A 1:5 shortlisting ratio will apply for PST/PET; only shortlisted candidates proceed to medicals.

• Only one application per candidate per division is allowed. Changes post-submission are not permitted.
