KVS Class 1 Admission Form 2026-27: Online Registration Details

Age Details

Age must be between 6 and 8 years as of 31 March 2026. Minimum age 6 years (born on or before 31 March 2020). Maximum age 8 years (born on or after 1 April 2018). Age relaxation as per KVS guidelines may apply for eligible categories.

Eligibility Details

• The child must have completed Kindergarten (KG) or an equivalent pre-primary education from a recognized school.
• There is no entrance examination for Class 1 admission.
• Admission is subject to seat availability in the respective Kendriya Vidyalaya and compliance with priority categories and reservation rules.
• Age requirement: 6 to 8 years as on 31 March 2026.
