Age Limit

• Not more than 30 years as on 01 January 2026.

Educational Qualifications

• Research Fellow: Postgraduate in Law (LLM or equivalent) from a recognized university and approved by the Bar Council of India for admission as Advocate or Attorney of an Indian Court.
• Research Assistant: Graduate in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university and approved by the Bar Council of India for admission as Advocate or Attorney of an Indian Court.

Additional Eligibility

• Applicants pursuing a postgraduate degree in Law or any other program requiring compulsory attendance elsewhere are not eligible for these posts.
• Candidates should have computer literacy and be able to retrieve information from various search engines and online law journals.
• Candidates must not have any criminal record; a declaration to this effect is required.
