Eligibility Details

Registrar

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent. Minimum 15 years as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 or 8 years in Level 12 with educational administration experience, or 15 years of administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Registrar. Desirable: Ph.D. and experience in Personnel, Legal, Financial, and Establishment matters.

Controller of Examinations

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent. Minimum 15 years as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 or 8 years in Level 12 with educational administration experience, or 15 years of administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Registrar. Desirable: Ph.D. and experience in conduct of examinations in University/College.

Director, Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE)

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent. Eminent scholar with Ph.D., minimum 10 research publications in peer‑reviewed/UGC‑listed journals, total research score 120, 10 years teaching/research experience with evidence of guiding doctoral candidates OR outstanding professional with Ph.D. and 10 years of experience. Desirable: Experience in administration of Distance Education and expertise in online/Web-based/Mobile Technology in Education.

Dean (College Development Council)

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent. Eminent scholar with Ph.D., minimum 10 research publications in peer‑reviewed/UGC‑listed journals, total research score 120, 10 years teaching/research experience with evidence of guiding doctoral candidates OR outstanding professional with Ph.D. and 10 years of experience. Desirable: Experience in College Administration.

Additional Controller of Examinations

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent. Minimum 15 years as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 or 8 years in Level 12 with educational administration experience, or 15 years of administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Registrar. Desirable: Ph.D. and experience on conduct of examinations in University/College.
