Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

Ph.D. in Fisheries Science or a postgraduate degree in Fisheries Science or an equivalent field. Expertise in fisheries sciences and related practices, with understanding of best practices and protocols to ensure sustainable fishery and aquaculture practices, knowledge of value chains, business development, industry experience, and familiarity with quality assurance and business management for import/export operations.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Postgraduate degree in Fisheries Science or an equivalent field, with knowledge of best practices for sustainable fisheries and aquaculture. Experience working on gender issues is desirable.

Young Professional - Commerce & Business Practices

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field with at least one year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping practices, particularly relevant for small and micro enterprises.
